3. Find the 5th sentence

In Home buying for Dummies the fifth sentance on pg 123 is; "In rare cases, a mortgage broker may offer you a slightly better deal than you what you could have gotton on your own."
I know this is extremely exciting. Just wait until the chapter on escrow.
